Mitch Trujillo

An 1976 East High graduate, Mitch Trujillo graduated from the University of Southern Colorado (USC) in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. Included among the many scholarships Mitch received was the President Academic Achievement Scholarship.

After graduation from USC, Mitch began his business career at Xerox Corporation where he achieved President's Club recognition in 1981-82, and was the number one sales representative in 1981. Upon leaving Xerox in 1988, he took a position at Western Medical Supply in Pueblo and later Bayer Health Care Pharmaceuticals.

After holding different positions at Bayer, he was promoted to, and is currently Vice President, Head of Global Medical Science Liaison Excellence and Global Medical Affairs where he is responsible for worldwide vision, development, and implementation of global medical science liasion teams for all therapeutic areas including cardiology, neurology, oncology, ophthalmology, women's health care, and specialized medicine and diagnostic imaging. He supervises operations in the United States and Germany.
